Tailor made profile system exists in an aluminium base profile combined with a snap in polycarbonate diffussor. The diffussor is optimized via a so called led through system in order to obtain a good compromise between an equal diffused light and a good efficiency. In this way the led dots are not visible.
The 1U profile is especially developed to be used in combination with ledstrips, specific with the white ones. This combination is ideal to obtain continuous lightlines without dark spots.

This system can be installed directly on the wall or ceiling and suspended is also possible.

An extra plasterprofile is available when you want to have the 1U profile system recessed in a trimless way.

It is possible to combine different profiles by cornerbrackets etc.

The rearside of the profile is open, providing easy acces to all wiring

Profile: extruded aluminium (AlMgSi0,5) – powder coated in textured white or anodized

Installation and lamp replacement:

The profile is mounted directly to the ceiling or the wall by snapping on small mounting springs which can be screwed on any surface.
The profile can be suspended via an extra suspension kit which can be screwed easily to the ceiling. The height can be adjusted very simple and at every height.
Trimless recessed installation is done by installing the separate plasterprofile first. After finishing the surface and the plasterprofile the U profile van be snapped into the plasterprofile, resulting in a flush installation.
