Concept

Ludwig Wittgenstein, born in 1889, was a famous Austrian-British philosopher. It was due to his artistic talent and his interest in architecture and design that he decided to design and construct a residence in Vienna for his sister Margarethe in 1926 –1928. His original creations included this pair of door handles, fashioned from a round rod especially for this house. We have reworked his design to bring it in line with modern technology.
