Product description

The Solid walnut makes this piece sturdy, not clunky. Assembled using only biscuit joinery, the piece appears to defy gravity, leaving the heavy walnut with a smooth finish that is softened with the natural blonde highlights found in the wood. The trough can be used to store fruit or recipes and is the perfect height for a side table or bar stool while the footrest is placed with comfort in mind.

Concept

The Biscuit Series is a mirrored collection of the Bond Series, swapping the light, transparent planes of acrylic with solid blocks of walnut. Assembled using only biscuit joinery, the pieces appear to defy gravity, leaving the heavy material with a lighter feel softened with the natural blonde highlights found in the wood.
