By varying with the quantity of raw materials, the amount of labor put into a product and different finishing techniques De Intuïtiefabriek creates a diverse range of prices within this collection giving clients the possibility to assemble their own tableware combinations.

Concept

‘SUM’ is a collection of porcelain in which every choice for detail, color and finish during the production process has a direct influence on the final result and price.  'SUM' sets of 4, mugs or espresso cups, are available in two different finishings and come in a range of blue or grey colors.
The "smooth finish" is a finish with glazing on the inside and a non-glazed and soft sanded outside. The "raw finish" is a basic finish with a random flow of glazing on the outside of the cups.
