2468 Spalt is an embossed panel with special developed veneer with a plywood core.
Spalt represents wood, which has been split traditionally with an ax along the wood grain. Unlike real splitted wood, which is only available in small pieces, Spalt can be used as full sized panels.
The product is available in the sizes*: 2450 x 635 mm / 635 x 2450 mm and has a thickness of 21 mm.
*First given measurement specifies the direction of embossment.

Concept

Our authentic structures are inspired by the natural surfaces of different wood types and represent these as authentic and lifelike as possible. The deep, genuine structures are created by the production process, in which several layers of real wood veneer are embossed on a core board. The authentic structures guarantee real wood character combined with the benefits of composite wood: low warping, standardized panel sizes and a shatterproof, closed surface.
