Sumi
Wall coverings / wallpapers from Zoffany
Product description
Sumi has been drawn from a Japanese tsujigahana garment from the 16th Century. The archive document that this wallpaper was based upon shows chrysanthemum blossoms against a background of grasses drawn in a delicate style and faded to a soft patina. There are four colourways embossed with a silk effect to echo the texture of the original silk fabric.
