Concept
ZURIGA is a small and fast yet powerful espresso maker that is easy to use.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
Great coffee should be simple. That’s why we got rid of everything looking too complicated. The E2 does not come with a touch display, pressure gauge or thermometer. All you’ll need to pull a coffee are two buttons.
STAINLESS STEEL, WOOD AND GLASS
The porta filter handles are turned from European nut wood. The water tank is handcrafted from sturdy laboratory glass. We chose materials that age with dignity. A ZURIGA will live a long life.
READY IN TWO MINUTES. RECORD-BREAKING.
Constant pressure and temperature are the basis of a perfect espresso.
Our mini boiler is the heart of every ZURIGA. And our whole pride.
We developed the high-performance unit from scratch and with a completely different approach. The 1,000 watts of heating capacity are measured multiple times each second. But you’ll never know since the technical instruments are all hidden away inside the minimalist casing.
MATERIALS MANUFACTURED FOR SURGICAL PRECISION.
Why use leaded brass when there is stainless steel? Many of today’s espresso machines are produced in the same way as they were in the 70s. Using materials which met the regulations of that time. We are breaking new ground. You’ll neither find naked brass connections nor copper parts in your ZURIGA. We use an elaborate process to coat each of our boilers with titanium.
The same methodology is used when manufacturing surgical instruments and aerospace components. ZURIGA has been tested by independent conformity experts and bears the European CE mark.
A TOOL FOR YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
To us espresso machines are like bicycles: Trusty companions in everyday life. Of course, ZURIGA is a design object also. Most of all, we wanted to create a sturdy work tool, one that you can rely on. Every part of a ZURIGA is either repairable or can be replaced individually. Our machines are built to last so you can one day pass it on to your grandchildren.
