×D10 is a single-storey detached house in a mature residential area in southern Germany which is accessed via a private driveway. The defining elements of the building are two parallel wall panels. The spatial enclosure is achieved by extensive glazing. A spacious terrace running around the sides and protected by the cantilevered flat roof connects the interior and exterior space. The building can also be entered from this terrace.
The east, south and west sides are designed to be transparent and flooded with light by means of the continuous air-lux façade; 39 continuous meters with a height of 2.8 meters. Manually operated, together with 1 motor-driven sliding window panel.
