In Augsburg in southern Germany, the multi-brand store Laufsteg celebrated its reopening in mid-June 2022. After successful renovation and relocation, customers can now shop again for popular fashion trends from all over the world at the new address. The sales rooms of the new store extend over two floors and offer 500 square metres of space for luxurious highlights by international designers. A real eye-catcher is the impressive floor design, which combines different stone tones and laying patterns from the Amtico Signature collection. With its 1 mm wear layer, this first-class collection offers the best conditions for long-term installation on a heavily used sales floor.

As soon as you enter the spacious entrance area, the geometric Polygon Key Mini laying pattern attracts all eyes. In the Designers' Choice version Saddle, it adorns the central sales area on the ground floor. From here, the small-format polygons merge into the rear area, where they enliven and visually delineate the side sales areas. In this predefined recommendation by the British design team, two cool, neutral tones of stone meet the warmth of terracotta to create an exciting, modern look. The imposing vaulted ceiling adds width to the space and offers a bright contrast to the expressive floor design. The central area at the back of the store is highlighted by the accentuated Jura Grey, which exudes pure elegance with its natural stone texture. Its simple appearance provides the perfect background for eye-catching carpet accents. The sales area on the ground floor is bordered by the soft Encaustic Calcite from the Colour Edit palette. It contains subtle undertones of Rose Quartz that provide a harmonious finish to the area.
A unique floor design was also created on the upper floor, which integrates ideally into the room concept and provides a first-class backdrop for the high-priced designer pieces. Using Signature's endless possibilities, a custom colour scheme was created for the victorian Key Stone Small laying pattern. The bright, marbled Tempus Soothe forms the main surface and is accompanied by small squares in the concrete-like Stucco Pebble. This extravagant pattern in subtle shades, together with the coordinated wall-ceiling design, creates a high-quality look that combines perfectly with colourful interior accents.
