A new building with five spacious, luxury condominiums was erected on the corner lot in the Bellevue in Hamburg Winterhude, directly on the Außenalster. The corner location was upgraded with an elevation and an imposing opening in the curve. The round panorama window opens up a picturesque all-round view from the living areas. With the Alster across the way this orientation provides the gallery level with a spectacular view.
The floor plan design also facilitates this view from the interior, from the loggias and the offset terraces facing the Krugkoppel Bridge. The apartments are accessed and divided by a central, naturally lit stairway. The light-suffused, open living spaces face the Alster. By alternating the solid and open construction elements the trapezoidal loggias offer both refuge and a great view of the Außenalster. The light colored sand stone façade is additionally structured ba polished an bush hammered surfaces and a surrounding cornice.
