The idea of playing with the fact that the leaf should not only be a functional element, but also a decorative one that should be present both when the table is “short” and when the leaf is in position. Reinterpreting the movement of the leaf takes to come into place. Creating a rotating and sliding movement as simple as possible, while limiting the constraints of manipulation. The key term for this table is simplifying to the utmost. The table includes a tubular base that also serves as a sliding system and rotational axis for the installation of the leaf.
