This single family house with granny flat, conceived on a modular basis, is constructed from prefabricated wooden elements and can be inhabited immediately following the short construction period. Modern architectural techniques in building with wood allowed the principles of sustainability, naturalness and reduction to be realized. The system building was erected according to the MINERGIE Standard. Refined technology in the generation of energy and excellent insulation reduce energy consumption. A cement floor in the interior forms the basis for the rooms, all of which are free of thresholds.
The simple plaster coating on the walls exudes a calming atmosphere, yet one full of life.
