CASA PELLAS is a 62 sq.m apartment in a classic 1940s Art Nouveau building in Perugia renovated with a modern edge.
The underlying idea was to use colour to create balance and harmony with the classic setting.
The chevron natural oak flooring has a timeless appeal, while vertical volumes in pastel, ocean blue, brick red, and leather shades add colour and elegance while defining the spaces.
A load-bearing wall was removed to create a full-height opening, allowing the living room to flow seamlessly into an intimate dining room, where the custom-made Rosa Portugal marble dining table is the star of the show.
Colours, finishes, and textures are often repeated in every room, creating a cohesive look. In addition, generously sized wall art and a harmonious blend of iconic and high-tech light fittings add charm and character to the project.
