This elegant residential complex is located on the last ocean-front property in Bal Harbour. The 5-acre property with a 400’ (121 m) ocean front is nothing short of luxury. The design gives hierarchy to the main east-west axis with a series of fluid, open spaces. The lush landscape of evergreen waves, Yellow Poincianas, and Live Oaks creates an enchanting arrival sequence, guiding the visitor through a garden that opens up to the building.
The project is mostly driven by the client’s exceptional sensitivity to art. A pair of Jeff Koons sculptures carry the visitor through the rest of the site. A monumental breezeway containing Pluto and Proserpina is the threshold to the ocean while Ballerina dances between the two pool gardens.
