The building at Herzbergstraße 82-86 in the Berlin district of Lichtenberg looks back on an eventful history. Originally built for AGA Automobilwerke, it now serves as a location for various craft businesses and companies in the service sector. The focus of the Berlin project developer Trockland was on a redesign with a high quality of stay for the tenant community, which was stylishly implemented by the Berlin office of Kretschmer Tauscher Sander Landschaftsarchitekten. Various seating options were placed in conjunction with raised beds. In combination with various table elements, this created an inviting space for outdoor computer work, team communication and communal relaxation.
