The versatility of the FAP ceramiche collections chosen for the indoor and outdoor surfaces of an exclusive private villa in the Millennium Park residential district in Moscow.
In one of the best-known residential areas of Moscow, Millennium Park, is an elegant private villa whose beauty is expressed through the materials used in the project by Elena Ivanova and Luche Mesto, both specialised in the construction and turnkey design projects for luxury villas.
Located just outside the capital, Millennium Park is the largest residential complex in the region, hosting large green spaces, two little lakes with a beach and a restaurant, several theme parks and a private school. This project is yet another magnificent example of the sophisticated style and excellent performance of the floor and wall tile collections by FAP ceramiche.
The modern style of the elegant interior design project is complemented by the delightful outdoor areas that enhance the attractive appearance of the construction and create a sense of continuity. Here, with the generous spaces created using the Maku collection, the strongly contemporary soul of the project is evident. The stone-effect porcelain stoneware collection offers material surfaces with character and appealing colours in the different textures and sizes. The floor has been tiled with the Out Dark version, embellished with Macromosaico decorations, while the colour Grey has been used for the barbeque area.
Particularly noteworthy in this villa are the bathroom areas, the place where the occupants can enjoy some precious time to themselves. Few furnishing elements and a focus on the covering elements, which play a key role here, embellishing the formal rigour that is the hallmark of the residence.
For this reason, the choice fell to a number of distinctly material lines, such as Nux, which expresses the noble character of ceramics and allows for endless combinations; Pat, which turns the ceramic material into a sophisticated fabric, and Nord, the stone effect with a soft yet confident character.
Modern, metropolitan effects are created by the Round Mosaic from the Boston collection, teamed with the pure beauty of the Lumina collection, in which the material shows off all its strong, distinctive character, lighting up the bathrooms. For an effect with a traditional flavour, another one of the many bathrooms is tiled with the black, white and beige hexagonal tiles from the best-selling Firenze collection. An overall harmony is achieved in the spa area, thanks to the Roma Grafite laid on the walls and Maku Macromosaico Anticato in the colour Grey on the floor, both in porcelain stoneware.
The incredibly inviting guest bathroom confidently represents the mood of the home and its desire to welcome visitors. Especially striking in this sense are the Roma Diamond Mosaico Spinato marble-effect bathroom tiles, so glossy and reflecting that they are able to amplify the space in the darkest, most elegant colours.
The result is a mix of material inspirations able to guarantee a contemporary appeal that is cosy and inviting at the same time. In this sophisticated Russian home, FAP ceramiche has helped create a number of unique settings that attractively complement the avant-garde shapes of the construction, thus confirming its role as an ideal partner for one-of-a-kind projects.
