Fruit of the experience and vision of the two founders, Paolo Marchi and Claudio Ceroni, Identità Golose Milan is the World's First International Hub of Gastronomy. Situated just a short walk away from Piazza della Scala and the fashion district, Identità Golose gives a new use to a historic place in the city, which for half a century has been home to the headquarters of the Giangiacomo Feltrinelli foundation.
The project was conceived to host initiatives dedicated to the restaurant industry and its major players: a new eclectic reference point with a large events area and a multifunctional space for restaurants, teaching and the dissemination of food culture.
One of the most emotionally charged areas is the Glicine Room: four Med Twist bioclimatic pergolas framed by a spectacular century-old wisteria, creating the ideal extension to the outside of the restaurant and with a seating capacity of about 50.
Glisse sliding doors have been added to the structures, valorising the characteristics of a traditional Milanese indoor garden, sheltering customers from the wind and cooler temperatures, and ensuring the best possible comfort in all weather conditions, creating a glass box that lights up at nightfall and offers visitors of Identità Golose unique scenarios.
