The terrace of this house offers a wonderful view over Lake Maggiore and the owners, Tanja and Daniele, have understood that they could add value to their outdoor space by creating a room with all the comforts. Therefore, they made the decision to buy a bioclimatic pergola, specifically the latest Med Joy model able to guarantee protection both from the rain and the wind. Thanks to its covering and adjustable blades, they don’t have to be concerned about moving their sofas every time it is raining a little and they can have an outdoor room always ready to be used. Moreover, the side blades offer the proper shelter from the breeze that, especially in the evening, blows from the surrounding hills and might disturb moments of relaxation. The side closures have been applied to three of the four sides, so the panoramic side is always free to enjoy the view.
