By creating an innovative working environment on 4,500 square metres, the sustainability-focused investment company has launched a visionary initiative that meets its highest standards. The aim was to achieve platinum DGNB certification - a prestigious honour that only three office projects worldwide have achieved to date. The EMPORIO Tower, a listed building in one of Hamburg's best locations, will create a future-orientated working environment that combines both functionality and aesthetics.
