Developed on one level, the stunning elevated location offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar, which can be admired from the rooftop terrace. The walkway leading to the front door highlights the essential, minimalist lines of the residence, and the spectacular double-height glass foyer floods every space with the utmost brightness.

The interior design is characterised by classic elements inspired by the 1960s, such as warm wood, soft nuances and natural curves, which, together with the careful selection of artworks, frame the elegance of the furnishing pieces: from the hallway, in which the sculptural Brady table steals the show, to the living room, which welcomes the Connery seating system designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, complemented by the volumes of the Torii armchairs by Nendo, also present in the adjacent area in the dining version. The two-sided fireplace separates the living room from the kitchen, which instead houses the Marvin table by Rodolfo Dordoni, accompanied by the delicate, light lines of the Yoko dining little armchairs by Inoda+Sveje.

A project that fosters a reconnection with nature, in which every corner is pervaded with natural light, thanks to large, floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the outdoors to savour the beauty of the surrounding subtropical landscape. Several small lounge areas in the night area, such as the one that houses the Mattia armchairs by Rodolfo Dordoni, were designed with this aim. Last but not least, an essential Home Wellness area, furnished with the comfort of the Torii Nest Outdoor seats by Nendo: these, together with the Isole coffee tables by Gordon Guillaumier, provide an oasis of well-being.

The outdoor space is developed around the infinity pool, for a real dive into relaxation, which is complemented by lounge islands: from the cosy living area next to the pool, in which the Quadrado modular system by Marcio Kogan / studio mk27 is the protagonist, to the dining area with the Yoko Cord Outdoor seating by Inoda+Sveje and the Belt Cord Outdoor seats by Rodolfo Dordoni, to the two conversation areas with the Lido Cord Outdoor and Patio seats by GamFratesi.

An architecture in which the boundaries between indoor and outdoor are blurred, in perfect harmony with the Mediterranean style: Villa Calma stands out for its minimalist design, yet rich of artistic expressions, reflecting a journey through different cultures and eras, which is coloured by a palette of neutral tones in a visual continuum with its exquisite natural setting.
