Villa ABK is a striking private residence designed by MMA Projects, an established international architecture and interior design firm, and is located on the prestigious Pearl Jumeirah Island in Dubai. It is a 4.000 m2 villa cantilevered over the water that enjoys unparalleled views thanks to a direct view of the sea. The concept aims to strive for maximizing the openness of interior spaces, creating a horizontal and vertical continuum emphasized by the main partition walls. The internal partitions, in addition to defining the plan space, emphasize the strong verticality of the residential volume. From a compositional point of view, the large plot available allowed for the stately villa and outdoor space to be placed in the most strategic area of the property, that is, directly facing the sea, but also meant a leisure area could be created that accommodates a sports area with a padel court and lounge areas for relaxation. The villa is arranged on four levels. Externally it is clad with a stone of Turkish origin, called Limra, treated with different finishes. The lower part has been worked with a geometric pattern in bas-relief; while the upper surface has a more delicate finish, which has been given a woven pattern. The luxurious home greets those who enter it with an elegant and voluminous wall of Arabescato Orobico, a decorative stone that immediately gives a vibrant and exquisite aesthetic. The entrance door, a scenic Synua SWS (Synua Wall System) with a total height of nine meters, is made with bronze finishes and exterior engineered wood covering customized by the customer.
