Dream Hotel and Spa is an oasis. The buildings hug the perimeter of the site creating a large central garden area that is dominated by a lush water-orientated landscape that breathes life into and is intertwined with the resort. From outside, the resort is enchanting yet mysterious. On arrival, the open lobby frames the water gardens and draws attention to the wonders within.
Around the pool there are a variety of opportunities for relaxing. There are sun decks, in-pool loungers, private cabanas and a swim-up lounge;all designed specifically to feel un-crowded. The roof-top lap pool provides more options for unwinding with particular emphasis on welcoming the new day or bidding the old farewell.
The buildings are designed with two façades. The first is to the circulation side of each block where open balconies are fronted by a sophisticated green wall system that creates a serene consistency taking the landscaping up into the vertical plane. The other is open and inviting with balconies of varying size and treatment that are arranged to provide an interesting and friendly outlook.
In short, the overall scale of the design has been kept humanly tangible to enhance relaxation and a sense of belonging. The resort has been conceived as an exclusive haven where intimacy and personal services combine with a contemporary design that utilises cutting edge technology firmly rooted in an environmentally responsible solution.
