Coca-Cola in Berlin-Friedrichshain
Unique, fizzy and irresistible. For decades, Coca-Cola has been refreshing people around the globe. The fact that Coca-Cola also stands for sustainability and innovation is demonstrated by the new corporate headquarters on the Berlin banks of the river Spree. Since spring 2013, they have been using a new seven-storey, transparent office building with approx. 550 workplaces as the German headquarters at Berlin’s eastern harbour (Osthafen).
A strong brand like Coca-Cola not only wants to present an individual and brand-oriented solution to the outside world, but also to be noticeable to its own employees. The cube shape of the building allowed all offices to be arranged along the outer facade. Around the core, in the middle of the building, the conference and ancillary rooms were created.
The interior design of the Coca-Cola offices in Berlin shows in an impressive way how functional and modern furniture creates an atmosphere that both reflects the corporate image and conveys a sense of joie de vivre.
