The Weizmann Institute of Science is credited to be one of the most important multidisciplinary research institutions in the world. In fact, there work hundreds of scientists and it has also several technical laboratories where student researchers are working as well as a campus where are made daily trips to the most fascinating aspects of unknown nature.
In 1954 at the Weizmann Institute of Science was designed and built the first electronic computer in history, recently recognized as a milestone in the development of electronics worldwide. The institute is also the first high-tech park in Israel and it is home to dozens of companies that develop and produce pharmaceutical products.
Located in Tel-Aviv a fast growing city and maybe the most eclectic and one of the major economic centers of the Middle East, the Weizmann Institute of Science is one of the leading scientific research institutes in the world.
