Württembergische Gemeindeversicherung was established in Stuttgart in 1921. The company provides insurance cover for cities and communities as well as private persons in public service positions. For around 600 employees, a new office building was erected in the centre of Stuttgart. It was planned by architects hascher & jehle. The interior architecture of the customer centre was designed by ippolito fleitz.
Maximum use of the space was used to create a building that guarantees naturally lit offices.
The customer centre and main entrance covering 1000 square metres were designed by the ippolito fleitz group. In the large open space, meticulous customer guidance and acoustic discretion are especially important.
The various reception, consulting and waiting zones merge into each other. The corporate design of the insurance company was intelligently and modernly translated into architecture and the exterior effect was maximised by means of the furniture design and flexible lighting.
