The Winterthur-based general contractor P-Vision specializes in architecturally sophisticated buildings of the highest standards. The interior design concept reflects the creative philosophy of the client: through the highest standards of execution and control over all details, an architectural added value is created that cannot only be achieved with expensive finishes, but also through the careful processing of the building materials and the matching care of the construction management.
Natural and unfinished materials such as exposed concrete, copper sheeting and wood, refers to the basis of every building: the raw materials. The new company headquarters has a special mix of uses: The company‘s meeting and presentation rooms are located on the ground floor and basement, while the upper floors above contain 17 student flats, whose interior design was also created by Susanne Fritz Architekten and offer an exceptional price-performance ratio.
The top floor with its all-round roof terrace is reserved for customer events. Here, too, the idea reflects the fire philosophy of personal contact and good relations with customers and partners: the cooking island invites an informal exchange over a glass of good wine, and the owner cooks for his customers and business partners personally. A special feature for football enthusiasts is also hidden in the cooking cube: At the push of a button, a large screen rises up from it. After all, technology should not be neglected in a modern building.
