Villa Lakeside

Villa Lakeside is situated in a unique location on the shores of Lake Geneva. Situated between the lake and the forest, the building interacts harmoniously with its immediate surroundings. The façade on the street side is discreet and restrained, while the large sliding windows open onto the lake side. In the middle of the villa, an atrium gives the surrounding rooms an intimate atmosphere.

The inner courtyard forms the centre of the house and connects the three living levels, from the cellar to the first floor. This creates a light-flooded atmosphere.

The relationship with the lake is also a key element in the design of the villa. The large sliding windows turn the spectacular landscape backdrop into a grandiose living experience. The linear and refined architecture underlines the natural character of the place and does credit to its privileged location.
