2 MFH Rondo Park

This modern residential development in Bülach consists of two apartment blocks clad with high-quality Swisspearl façade panels. The new-build project is located at Solistrasse 29, 31 and 33 in the canton of Zurich and was built using a solid construction method. The façade design is based on a combination of curved and normal Largo panels, which give the building a dynamic yet elegant appearance. Two colour lines from the Swisspearl range were chosen for the colour scheme: TERRA in Amber 756 R and PLANEA in Midnight 231, a combination that creates an expressive yet harmonious overall look. The project fulfils the high requirements of the Minergie standard, which speaks in favour of sustainable, energy-efficient construction.
