Valuable equipment
How does an investment company communicate values such as sustainable investment to its employees? Bantleon, based in Zug (CH), Munich and Hanover acts according to the Principles for Responsible Investment of the UN. This should also be reflected in the design of the office space. The Berlin artist Olaf Hajek has therefore illustrated the values contemporary and the interior designer Anne Stallkamp translated them into room-high acoustographies. Glass walls allow you to see through and out of the small individual offices. In addition to art, quality also creates the selected pieces of furniture. Warm real wood, woolen fabrics, leather and natural stone convey value and stand for the sustainable attitude of the company. The areas change from open lounges to convivial dining areas to quiet retreats. The finely nuanced colors in light gray and brown tones are soothing and timeless. Authentic material brings down-to-earthness into a big world of numbers.
