Villa Fortuna, located in the exclusive Rocío de Nagüeles area of Marbella, is a newly built luxury villa boasting a large garden with a swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and pine groves. Spread across three levels, it showcases contemporary architecture that celebrates purity of form and the use of fine materials. The project enhances the characteristic luminosity of southern Spain and highlights the beauty of its landscape, delivering a one-of-a-kind living experience. Generous full-height windows and sleek glass balustrades establish a fluid dialogue between interior and exterior spaces, with natural light becoming the protagonist, dissolving traditional spatial boundaries.

The ground floor serves as the heart of the living space, where the lounge and dining areas coexist in perfect harmony. A glass staircase leads upstairs to the sleeping quarters, where every detail is designed to offer maximum serenity and well-being and down to the basement, dedicated to leisure and entertainment.

Attention to the natural environment and the pursuit of harmony, key elements of the project, are also reflected in the choice of furnishings, with Bonaldo creations playing a central role. Bonaldo stands out in the design world for the consistency of its proposals and its focus on achieving balance, creating products connected by a common thread that preserves their individuality while harmonising with the spaces they occupy.

Several of the products selected for Villa Fortuna embody this philosophy and reflect the company’s passion for crafting unique pieces that can stand out as focal points, either on their own or combined with other elements.

The centrepiece of the living area in Villa Fortuna is the Bonamour sofa. Inspired by the charm of the 1970s, Bonamour merges the clean lines of contemporary design with the warm coziness of bygone days. The precise geometry of the modules is softened by plush upholstery and attention to detail, striking the perfect balance between aesthetics and comfort. The sleek lines and premium materials of the Paddle coffee tables create a subtle yet refined design thread, offering the ideal complement for personalised compositions in any residential or hospitality setting.

In the basement, in a space celebrating art, Bonaldo's Blend sofa takes centre stage. Blend stands out for its attention to detail, particularly in the finishing of premium materials such as leather and textiles. The linearity of its leather-clad structure enhances the upholstered section, creating a precise line that widens from the base upwards, transforming into a smooth, inviting curve. The Olos armchair serves as the perfect counterpoint to the sofa, fostering a convivial atmosphere. This Nordic-style swivel armchair features a wooden frame that discreetly reveals itself on the sides and back, showcasing the beautiful grain of the wood. The space is completed by Pisa side tables, whose monolithic base adds a refined, modern touch for lovers of contemporary design. The expertly crafted metal base is paired with ceramic, glass or marble tops, achieving a perfect balance between aesthetics and function. The distinctive tilt of the base gives the tables a unique and defining character.

Bonaldo also creates a balance of sensations in the area dedicated to study and relaxation. On one side, the clean lines of the Gauss desk and Roll bookcase evoke an almost industrial spirit; on the other, the natural warmth of curved wood and the soft upholstery of the Olos Bergère armchair and its pouf offer contrast.

While the dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces plays a fundamental role in the design of Villa Fortuna, the elements that ensure its cohesion are equally crucial. Among these is the Mark bench by Bonaldo, positioned by a large window overlooking the garden. Mark combines the allure of fine craftsmanship with original design. Its refined metal base pairs seamlessly with the double-stitched stripe pattern of the upholstery. This piece, with its strong personality, meets diverse tastes and needs, thanks to a wide range of covering options, allowing for the perfect balance with the room’s furnishings.
