×The consumption of electrical power for lighting in private households can be enormous - immeasurable in large office buildings. Depending on the company, the share for artificial lighting can account for up to 45 percent of the total expenditure for energy purchases. The electricity costs for lighting are correspondingly high. In addition to reducing electricity costs, energy-efficient lighting also helps to conserve resources and thus contributes to environmental and climate protection.
In administrative buildings, lighting is a key consumption factor that can account for up to 45 percent or more of the building's total electricity consumption

×With VITAWORK, LUCTRA offers an innovative and design-awarded floor lamp that brings the best lighting conditions to the workplace. The luminaire is equipped with the latest energy-saving LED technology and achieves a natural light impression on the ceiling and a high uniformity of light distribution in the room with the help of direct and indirect lighting.
The quality of the room lighting always remains at the same high level thanks to sensor technology

×With an output of 130 lm/W, VITAWORK is the right solution for all users looking for energy-efficient lighting. Using automatic daylight and presence sensors, the savings potential is enormous. The lighting only works when there is someone in the room. In addition, there is a permanent adjustment to the room brightness, so that only the additional lighting is generated that is actually needed.
A luminaire with 12,000 lumens is sufficient to illuminate a double workstation office (approx. 16 qm). And that's with only 90 watts

×An office with a size of 16 qm requires up to four recessed ceiling luminaires with an output of around 400 W to meet the required lighting standards (DIN EN 12464-1 as well as ASR 3.4 (Germany)). A single LUCTRA VITAWORK can replace these. Based on a calculation of 250 working days of 10 hours each per year, the electricity cost savings over a total service life of 20 years is more than 4,000 euros per office.
