KEUCO's IXMO fittings celebrate simplicity

Most people are familiar with Leonardo Da Vinci’s famous quote: ‘Simplicity is the highest level of perfection.’ But few have in mind exactly what is meant by this. Designer Dominik Tesseraux and KEUCO have taken a minimalist approach to the development of shower and bath fittings, all while retaining a high level of seamless functionality. IXMO fittings are considered modern classics for use in both private and public areas, not least because they offer an astonishing amount of planning freedom and design diversity.

A thermostat or a single-lever mixer forms the basis for the pristine shower and bath fittings. Multifunctional modules can be added individually while the diverter valve, hose connection and shower holder are all combined in one module.

Even in confined spaces, the designs remain appropriately expressive and their condensed functionality allows for uncompromising implementations of timeless concepts in small bathrooms. For example, although the IXMO_solo thermostat combines a shut-off valve, thermostat and hose connection, users can still adjust the water quantity and temperature in an easy and straightforward way. The line is complemented by a wide range of accessories to realise specific plans. Shower holder, shower bar, shelves and many more details complete the overall concept.

With the round, straight spout and rectangular handles, IXMO PURE emphasises the classic beauty of the line. IXMO SOFT with its rounded spout and round, filigree handles has a mores subtle effect. IXMO FLAT harmoniously combines round and angular shapes. The respective rosettes can be selected with a round or angular shape.

The choice of different surfaces further increases the design freedom of the IXMO series for architects and planners. A total of seven options are available for individually adapting the fittings to various bathroom aesthetics. In addition to the trend colour black – in matt or brushed – brushed bronze in particular sets noble accents, while the classic versions in chrome and brushed nickel retain their noble and high-quality look.  

A stainless steel finish gives the fittings a fine, matt sheen and maximum combinability with bathroom furniture made of different materials. The aluminium finish is similarly flexible and its durability makes it ideal for public washrooms, clinics and wellness areas. All IXMO surfaces convince with quality and workmanship made in Germany.
