In the process of furnishing a space, light plays a decisive role. Precisely for this reason Midj created its first collections dedicated to lighting.

Midj enters the world of furnishing accessories with four collections of lamps for the home and office, conceived and developed with the same versatility that characterizes the design of its chairs and tables, in particular. It is the first launch, in the face of a rich and articulated proposal of accessories, which Midj is preparing to present to complete its range of products.

Ghost and Suspense, designed by the F + B design studio, are both available in three versions: floor, table and suspension lamp. Ethereal and discreet, the Ghost collection is a delicate tribute to the theme of transparency, created through a light and ideal naturalist shape. It consists of a black metal body and a transparent blown glass diffuser, with a satin top, to diffuse a soft light into the environment

Suspense proposes a game of balance, combining classic and contemporary forms. White opal spheres slide along a steel band or inside a black rectangle, in an exercise of timeless shapes. In the floor and table versions, it is possible to adjust the height of the diffuser, completely made of frosted glass to ensure a delicate and suggestive lighting.

The Japan collection is the result of the collaboration between Davide Bozzini, of the Opaca Lab studio, and Nicola Tonin, of the Tosca Design studio. Contemporary finishes and linear shapes are the expression of a concept linked to the culture of the Rising Sun: cleaning up the superfluous by bringing to light the essential. The Eastern imaginary is also represented in a more didactic key. The black steel lampshade recalls the conical shape of the typical straw hat, while the chromed rod recalls the wands used by women to collect their hair. The floor and suspension versions are available in three different formats, which can be combined together in group configurations.

Charlotte, designed by designer Tomas Dalla Torre in floor, table and suspension lamp models, is a collection characterized by great versatility. Inspired by the Bauhaus current, it offers geometries that are simplified to the maximum, almost abstract, easily legible with respect to space. The steel diffusers have the shape of hemispherical caps, adjustable according to individual needs or preferences, to have direct or indirect light.
