We don’t only have office chairs but also armchairs and sofas for waiting rooms and meeting rooms.
We complete the offer with armchairs and sofas for those transit areas or short-break areas requiring a setting that is in line with the rest of the workplace. A complete range of products that pays particular attention to both seating and acoustic comfort.
Waiting Room Seating and Armchairs
We have various types and styles of armchairs and sofas for waiting rooms. From design products to more complex and modular models with or without armrests. Many of these are equipped with various optional features, such as swivel tables, power outlets and USB ports, and integrated LED lights.
These types of armchairs and conference tables can either have a fixed or swivel base and can be adjusted in height. They also may be equipped with a comfortable "return" feature that allows the chair, once it has been freed, to return to its upright and straight position.
They can present armrests or not, and they can be of executive rank (armchair) or operational (seat) according to their desired collocation. You may choose them with a design that is coordinated with the rest of the seating and furniture, or you can opt for a completely different style.
Acoustic Seating: Sofas and Modules
Natural synergies bring forth products with prominent acoustic characteristics. We invest in the study of versatile, modular products because we believe that comfort must always be tailor-made.
Fonology brings Acoustic Well-Being to our Seating Solutions
Thanks to the experience we gained with Fonology—the brand that was founded by Aresline specializing in design solutions to improve acoustic comfort—we can develop sofas and acoustic modules that are functional, above all, but also capable of significantly improving the acoustic performances of the environments in which they are located.
Italian Designer Acoustic Seating
The collaboration with leading Italian design studios was an important element in the development of our acoustic sofas and modules. Designers, like Progetto CMR and Frigerio Design Group, helped us with the choice of the best materials and shapes to ensure acoustic comfort. In turn, these solutions eliminated the need to carry out any special environmental measures.
Why Choose Acoustic Seating?
Often, in open-space work environments like large halls, the fluidity of the spaces interferes with the ability to concentrate or to take a proper break. Surrounded 360° by an environment with constant stimuli and interactions, some of which are sought and desired and others which are not necessarily, these open-space contexts require small islands of tranquility: modules that guarantee ergonomically and acoustically comfortable micro-environments. These modular systems help create protected spaces to build relationships and/or maintain privacy and individuality.
Compliance with Safety and Ergonomic Regulations
Every single Aresline chair, armchair, and seat model is made to offer maximum posture and acoustic comfort, in full compliance with current regulations in terms of safety.
• We follow the EN 1335/2020 (a standard that specifies the requirements for the safety, structural strength, and durability of all types of work chairs);
• We follow the EN 16139/2013 (a standard that specifies the requirements for safety, strength, and durability for all non-domestic type seating);
• We follow the EN 1728/2012 (a standard that specifies the test methods for the determination of strength and durability);
• Our products have fireproof certification for padded seating;
• And they comply with environmental and ecological criteria.
• This allows us to be the only ones in Italy able to offer a 7-year warranty on all our products.

Aresline presents a wide range of customization solutions thanks to the Color and Finishing Charts that offer many choices of top-quality coverings and materials.
Premium Sustainable Materials
To create our waiting room chairs we use the best materials on the market: Polypropylene or polyamide (even from recycled sources); wood of various kinds and qualities; steel of different thicknesses and shapes; self-extinguishing and CFC-free polyurethanes presenting densities per cubic meter that are most suitable for maximum comfort; class-1 fire retardant coatings with suitable grammage and high abrasion Martindale tests.
Made in Italy
All of our waiting room chairs are manufactured in Italy. At Aresline, we believe in a local and controlled supply chain: All our seating models are designed and produced in Italy, in the Venice Manufacturing District.
