Fennobed is one of the most traditional providers of box-spring beds in Germany and Europe. The creators behind the brand want to offer the best bed at the best possible price. Fennobed box-spring beds consist exclusively of materials from select suppliers that are manufactured in the EU with ecologically certified materials. A claim that Fennobed also demands from its suppliers for textiles and accessories. The company with the feather logo has its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and can look back on 30 years as a traditional family business in Perniö, Finland. With the new generation, the company relocated its headquarters to Germany between 2002 and 2004. The high level of comfort and design diversity of the box-spring beds designed by Fennobed is based on a modular principle and impresses throughout Europe.
Fast growth
The first showroom opened in Frankfurt in 2007. Other Fennobed locations were added over the next five years: first in Hamburg, Munich, and Berlin, quickly followed by Stuttgart, Leipzig, Mannheim, Regensburg, Hanover, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Nuremberg, Buchholz, and Wiesbaden. Showrooms also opened in Austria in Vienna and Salzburg, in Switzerland in Zürich and Bern, and in Spain in Palma de Mallorca. In 2013, Fennobed returned to its Finnish home to develop the market there. Since then, Fennobed has been present in Helsinki and Espoo.
Beds by Fennobed
In Finland, beds are for living, not only a place to sleep but also read, play, work, or have breakfast. They are central part of life. Therefore, the bed designers Elli and Andreas Lehnhoff focus on weightless comfort as well as the aesthetics of a bed. In this manner they combine Finnish nature and the love for great design with German precision and well-thought-out design perfection. That is why Fennobed designs box-spring beds based on a modular idea. Each customer is able to create a highly customized bed from individual design and comfort modules, at an impressive price/performance ratio.
Materials
Thanks to the high-quality, ecologically sustainable resources, the box-spring beds feature great durability and stability. We do completely without any substances that are hazardous to your health, for example glues. The untreated pine wood and all other materials fulfill the high-quality requirements of the bed designers. All materials are sourced from Europe: the wood is from Estonia, the latex from Belgium, and the textiles from Italy.
