The Ocki trademark, present in world of Italian design, is inspired by a design philosophy which meets the need to concentrate and synthesize artisan characteristics and, at the same time, highly innovative features of the Italian representational tradition in it’s works. The idea of the work of art as “unique object” is complemented with excellent craftsmanship, thus resulting in the creation of objects through high craftsmanship and refined design.
Ocki proposes geometrical compositions achieved with the juxtaposition of volumes in which the decoration creates nets of light and shade in constant mutation which conveys the uniqueness of the “work of art” to a design object.
Ocki is born with the desire to characterize and distinguish itself by offering perfect forms of which man becomes the harmonizer through artistic invention. It is by the combination of raw materials such as clay, marble, wood and metals that Ocki projects are created. The slight differences and small imperfections in each piece are the evidence that prove the fusion of craftsmanship with technological competence.
