Founded in 2011 by partners Shanwei Weng and Jiadie Yuan, AN Design gets rid of the inertial thinking, tries to think in a new way with the changing teamwork. They are mainly engaged in space design, product design, graphic design, small buildings design and renovation. They are in close collaboration with the construction team.
Hangzhou is a historic city embedded with strong culture atmosphere, it's close to Shanghai. There gathers lots of poets, artists, noise artists and the traditional handicraftsman. And the internet in Hangzhou is interlaced with real life. AN design is used to consider their design creation from the aspect of more strategy, more temperament and unique. The individual experience in the city is indivisible with thinking.
AN thinks that design is writing. The material, the lights, the details and the experience is ambulatory, they can break the state of the conventional, to reach a new state.
HEIKE, has been awarded as one of the top 10 of the retail category by iGANT and it has won the 2016 Inside World Interior Award by WAF, the 2016 Commercial Space Award by "modern decoration", the Most influential Design Award by DFA, Interior Design Award by TID, the A'DESIGN AWARD and a golden winner by IDA design award.
