Biography
Eduardo Baroni, Industrial Designer
Eduardo Baroni was born in Rio de Janeiro in 1974. He has graduated in Industrial Design by the Rio de Janeiro´s School of Fine Arts in 1997. He served as graphic, product and web designer in several offices in Rio de Janeiro until begin his work as a freelance designer in 2002, mainly designing pieces of furniture and decoration.
Philosophy
Simplicity, lightness, low cost and novelty. These are the principles that move the brazilian designer Eduardo Baroni to develop all of his products. Using all of the formal potential of simple raw materials he achieves new and exciting designs that surprise by its freshness. His mission is to identify the needs of the consumer and industry and translate them into products with innovative design, while maintaining an ethical attitude to society and to the environment.
The designer attributes his success to his concern in making products worried with the emotion it will transmit to the person who sees it. “We buy the product we fall in love with. It will make part of our everyday so when I do a chair it must be something more than a simple chair.”
