James Harrison

The founders of James Design, James Harrison and James Kinmond both graduated from Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne, in 2005 and 2004 respectively with First Class Honours. James Harrison (24) and James Kinmond (25) have continued to develop their skills as furniture designers and makers as part of the Designer and Residence Scheme, run by Northumbria University. This selection based Scheme has been developed to provide new graduates a stepping stone in to the highly competitive design world, by offering them the necessary support and workshop facilities.
