JSª is an architecture firm created in 1996. Headed by Architect Javier Sanchez, founding partner and director of the architecture workshop, it began as a key firm to recover the historical neighborhoods of the city, among them Colonia Condesa and Mexico City’s Historic Downtown. Today, the firm has built more than 80 projects of different types in Mexico and abroad.
JSª has a team of more than 70 people specializing in architecture, real estate development and environmental responsibility. In 2010, JSª opened an office in Peru, to provide services to his clients and follow up on several projects it has been developing in the capital city. In Mexico, JSa has designed a wide range of buildings, it started with residential projects which have helped to shape the life of historical neighborhoods with recognized projects such as Veracruz Complex (1996-2000), Amsterdam Complex (2002-2013), Condesa df Hotel (2005), Juan Soriano Cultural Center (under construction).
