Luisa Bebiano, Architects is an architecture office founded in 2009, housed at the Business Incubator of the Pedro Nunes Institute (IPN) in Coimbra (Portugal) since 2013, that is focused on the design of small and medium sized architecture projects and ephemeral installations, such as exhibitions, Stage Set Design and Art Direction for cinema.
Significant projects like the "Renovation of the Old Ceramic Society of Coimbra's building" and "Winery for Herdade da Torre de Palma", were distinguished and awarded at the national level, and featured in various exhibitions throughout the country and published in the international specialized press.
We also highlight the exhibition “Architecture and Democracy”, about the evolution of the Portuguese Parliament Building for the Casa Da Arquitectura (House of Architecture - Matosinhos), the scenography designed for Dona Maria II National Theater (Lisbon), S. João National Theater (Porto) and the Centro Cultural de Belém (Belém Cultural Centre, Lisbon). In Art Direction for cinema, the “Pedro e Inês” movie (2018), directed by António Ferreira, stands out.
