Moke Architecten

Gianni Cito (Zürich, 1970) graduated from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in Londen (1996). He previously studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam (1993) and the Technical School in Zürich Switzerland (1990). He has worked in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Londen, Melbourne en Zürich. He opened his first practice, Blue Architects, in 1999 with Ludo Grooteman en Thomas Hildebrand. Since 2012 Gianni Cito and Ludo Grooteman are the principals of Moke Architecten Amsterdam. The office has gained international recognition and has won numerous prizes and awards such as de Prix de Rome for Architecture, the Europan and best building awards in Holland en Switzerland. Gianni is a regular jury member, a guest lecturer and a guest critic in the Netherlands and abroad.
