Sarah Kahn Architect

Sarah Kahn Architect is a small design-focused practice based in Fitzroy North undertaking a variety of residential projects. Our current workload spans a range of new houses and residential alterations and additions of all scales. We have a small team who provide personalized, detailed service with an emphasis on delivering cost-effective and environmentally sustainable project outcomes. Central to our design approach is the implementation of passive solar design principles, efficient and flexible planning and the creative use of cost-effective materials. We also place an emphasis on outdoor spaces and the integration of the garden and these special outdoor spaces with the internal areas are also key aspects of our design approach in all our projects.
