Situation:
Wortmann KG, primarily famous for its Tamaris brand, commissioned the creation of an ultramodern office complex at its head office, a former warehouse. The complex was to encompass 174 workstations and provide sufficient space for the company‘s future growth across different departments and brands. Open and suffused with light, sound-insulated and design-focused – the foundation of the new work philosophy was also supposed to be reflected by the office environment.
Solution:
Bosse has been the furnishing partner of Wortmann KG for over 30 years now, and with its flexible furniture system modul space can meet all the requirements for a functional, high-quality working environment with a high degree of customisation. The workstations are located across two floors in an open hall. The façade is completely made of glass. The Bosse modul space workstations are all in white, and predominantly designed as bench solutions with acoustic walls and integrated lighting. Sideboards of various heights have been used for zoning the work areas. Even the parapet of the top levels has been created using Bosse modul space; additional elements have been turned into display cases for current shoe models using glass panels.
