The Düsseldorf office of search engine market leader Google provides space for 46 workstations and reflects the flair of the urban vicinity. Industrial culture, carnival and art were all given space in the office landscape. Interior designer Monika Lepel transformed the open-space structures into a workshop with the motto “men of steel”. In contrast, she designed the private offices, conference rooms and bistro in a more opulent style and named them “girls of pleasure”.

The stage is set for both scenarios with tiles from the Tizo collection in glowing yellowy-orange. Appealing and surprising, bemusing and natural, the unconventional office invites you to enjoy a paradigm shift in office scenarios: Vital identity is created well beyond common design practices.
