The compound is characterized by the accurate use of materials defining surfaces and volumes, which are enhanced from the compositional and functional viewpoints. Ceramic is exploited skilfully both indoor and outdoor and acts as a regulatory element describing the pattern of façades and arranging the organization of indoor spaces. The installation of a ventilated wall was implemented consistently for each detail according to a precise installation procedure based on the size of windows and doors. In the recesses of the façade, the ceramic facing bends the building and enhances its space continuity. Indoor, porcelain stoneware floor slabs experiment with an unprecedented graphic and chromatic language envisaging bars which, in addition to highlighting paths, provides a strong character to the various environments.
