Radiolaria series shows our interest in combing ceramic and glass in contemporary design. The translucent and transparent qualities of Bone China and Glass materials allows us to create a connection between the material Bone China and the ‘immaterial’, light and between the visible and invisible natural world. The Bone China and glass forms are inspired by microscopic view of organism and natural form.

The glass Pieces are free blown so that each one is unique and bespoke. The bone china pieces are slip casted and hand carved.
Radiolaria uses a E14 LED light bulb. The light bulb can be changed easily by lifting the glass shape up.
