Ratatouille

Located in the Victoria Hall at the Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair 2018, the Ratatouille arena represents Luca Nichetto’s unique vision where the Design Bar and the Design & Architecture Talks meet for the first time. Like a Roman arena, a historical place for human rituals such as consuming food and watching shows, Ratatouille is an open oval-shaped space, where symmetrical paths and functional areas echo of French formal gardens, while a perimeter of monumental elements evokes the ruins of Stonehenge. A stratification of references to different eras that, mixing with details inspired by science fiction movies and comic books, they make Ratatouille an exciting visual journey while exploring the delicacies prepared by the chef Lina Ahlin.
