Steel look pivot doors and fixed partitions

Our local partner The Doors Brugge used Portapivot 6530 pivot doors & Portapivot 3030 fixed glass partitions in this beautiful villa by the sea at Knokke-Heist in Belgium to create "steel look" separations between the hallway and the downstairs living and home office areas. The client desired an elegant separation system that nicely matched the black lighting details in the home. Everything is installed in the final phase of construction. With Portapivot there's no need to pre-install anything in advance since the hinge technology is fully integrated inside the door panel.

Portapivot 6530 pivot door system

Our popular pivoting door is made with a minimal anodized aluminium frame, available in 3 colors. The frame can be fitted with any type of 6 or 8 mm thick tempered safety glass.
The frame is equipped with our invisible "Stealth Pivot" pivoting hinges, designed specifically to be mounted on top of a finished surface, without the need for any built-in fixtures.

Innovative pivot hinge system
Portapivot’ s pivoting doors are equipped with Stealth Pivot hinges, which feature a high-tech comfort closure, that works in all swing directions up to 360°.
These innovative hinges make it possible to tailor make a pivot door up to 150 kg, that feels as light as a feather. Stealth pivot allows the door to swing in all possible directions. The hinge can pivot eccentrically at 80 mm or 178 mm for normal sized doors and can be positioned at 1/3 or centrally for the XL versions.
The top and bottom hinges are mounted on top of the finished floor and solid or reinforced ceiling surface, without any built-in fixtures. The minimal anchoring allows installation on any type of solid surface.

Portapivot 3030 glass partition system
Anodized aluminium profile 30 x 30 mm designed for glass partitions. This profile can be used as a standalone fixed glass partition solution or can be used to create fixed glass walls in combination with Portapivot 6530 pivot doors. The optional grid profiles can also be used in combination with this minimal fixed "steel look" glass wall solution.
