Monmouth Road

Our renovation of this property, a grade II listed Georgian house and Victorian Artist’s Studio in the Bayswater Conservation Area, sought to enhance the historic character of the main dwelling through the refurbishment and introduction of details and materials that are in keeping with its listed status. The project sought to find a balance of the historic fabric of the building with a contemporary style and standard of living and working as another layer in the heritage of this valuable property. The former Victorian Artist Studio, at the back of the garden, has been converted into guest accommodations with the addition of an open space room in the Basement.
